Ordering Online

Ordering from us is easy using our secure online ordering service. You can also place an order by phone, fax or email. Payments can also be made by direct deposit into our bank account or by cheque (by prior arrangement only). Please refer to the 'CONTACT US' and 'OPENING TIMES' sections to use these alternative services.

We endeavour to keep the web site up to date at all times and when a particular item is out of stock it will be displayed on the item. However, due to the high demand of some items, a particular car or spare may have completely sold out before stock can be replenished (due to certain circumstances) and the web site updated.

In some instances, certain items may no longer be available from either manufacturer or supplier. Please don't hesitate to contact us to check on the availability of items advertised. If items are out of stock but still available, we can place them on 'back order' for you. We will also accept pre orders for new, not yet available items. We cannot however, guarantee specific availability of goods, and you will not be charged for back orders or pre orders until time of dispatch and you can cancel at any time prior to dispatch.

With back orders and pre orders we will endeavour to provide you with an availability and delivery time obtained from our suppliers. However, sometimes these are beyond theirs and our control and if a lengthy delay is likely, we will contact you as you may wish to choose an alternative item or cancel your order.

Security of Personal Information

All personal data we hold is subject to our 'PRIVACY POLICY' and when making a credit card payment online you are dealing directly with the ANZ and your session with the ANZ is secured using the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Your credit card details are encrypted when transmitted over the Internet and we do not have access to your credit card details. You may also be advised whilst moving between pages, of 'Secure' and 'Non-Secure' sites by way of warning messages displayed by your web browser. Therefore, you will be able to shop securely online 24 hours a day, seven days a week with total peace of mind.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Thunderbird Slot Racing wants you, our customer, to be completely satisfied whenever you make a purchase from us. We aim to offer the best and fastest service possible and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 7 days along with the receipt and reason for return, unused and in the original, undamaged and unopened packaging and we will exchange it or offer a full refund. All products are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Postage costs on returned goods are to be paid by the customer and if a replacement item is required, Thunderbird Slot Racing will pay the postage back to the customer. Refunds will generally take 1-2 days to process and you will be notified as soon as the refund has been processed. If you have ordered using the online facilities, you will automatically be sent a receipt of the refund via email.

Delivery Information

Once an order is placed and paid for, your goods will generally be sent the next working day (unless certain circumstances prevent this). Your credit card will be charged once you have completed the order form and shopping cart details and provided the goods are in stock at the time. The name 'Thunderbird Slot Racing' will appear on your bank statement and you should always check your transactions. In the event the goods you require are not in stock, a full refund will be made. We will ship to anywhere in Australia via Australia Post and also to NZ, Asia/Pacific, USA/Canada, Europe, UK, & South Africa. Goods sent within Australia will be shipped at cost by registered post (unless otherwise specified), which includes a unique I.D. number which will be provided to you via email, which greatly assists in the unlikely event a parcel is misplaced and, insurance cover up to $100.00. A signature will also be required upon delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left in your letterbox requesting you go to the post office and collect your parcel. Additional insurance is available upon request. Australia Post cannot guarantee delivery times but goods will usually be received within 2 to 5 working days (within Australia) once shipped. If you want to fast track your order, Australia Post also offers other services such as Express Post, which guarantees next business day delivery within certain postcode networks, this service is available upon request. Thunderbird Slot Racing cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged goods once in transit, but will however, endeavour to trace or recover lost parcels.

Goods shipped overseas will be sent via Australia Post Airmail unless otherwise specified. Insurance is available to most countries. Please check your countries postage, insurance and import policies. Estimated delivery time is between 3-10 working days.

We respect your privacy and any personal information collected by us will not be disclosed or passed on to any person or company for any reason whatsoever, and we know that by giving us your personal information this imposes a serious responsibility upon us, we are therefore committed to protecting your privacy.   • Your credit/debit card details are provided by you to facilitate payment but are not disclosed to us using online ordering.
  • Your phone number and email address is used for any queries you may have, delivery advice and for payment & refund confirmation using online ordering.
  • You have the option to register your email address in 'NEW PRODUCTS' to receive information on new releases as they become available.
  • The information you provide is only used to complete your order. The information shared with outside parties is only used to complete your order such as name & delivery address.
  • Your personal information can be updated or changed by you as necessary at anytime logging in and going to the 'Change Information' section.
  • The personal information you provide to us is never used or disclosed for any unrelated purpose to any outside organization or party
